Rent & Fees

In erson at the mamagement office, placing a chek in our Rent drop box in our mailbox area or on Rentpayment.com

Rent is due on the first of each month

There is a 5 day grace period. If rent is paid after the 5th of the month it is late you will receive a legal notice to quit

Heat, hot water, A/c, trash removal and parking is paid by us. Electricirty is the responsibility of the resident.

One month's rent (or current lower Security Depsit Special if qualified)

There are no additional fees. We offer storage unit for $25 per month if needed

Maintenance

Through contacting the management office by telephone or email or via the Ship's Watch App (Mobiledoorman)

Call 508-677-244 and follow voicemail prompts for emeregency on call maintnenace

Yes we offer 24 hour emergency maintenance

No you do not have to be home. We will ask if you would like to be . If you are not home our Maintnenace technician will enter and make the repair and will leave a tag in your apartment advising the repair is complete

We advise you to call the Fall River Police to report the noise disturbance and contact Jill Johwa the Property Manager at 508-677-2400 or via email at [email protected].

We do not offer furnised apartments but would be happy to refer you t a furniture rental company.

We do not have in apartment washer and dryers however there are laundry suites loacted on each floor of the building.

Move-In/Move-Out

You will need to pay a Security Depist equal to oe month's rent and either pro-rated or first month's rent .

Yes, the apartment will be professionaly cleaned, maintenanced and in fres move in condition

On your vacate date our Maintenance Supervisor will perform a walkthrough of the apartment. If the apartment is left in satisfactory condition (broom swept clean, no damages or additional cleaning needed) then the Property Manager will submit for your security Depsit refund (plus any accrued interest) which will be mailed out from the Beacon corporate office within 20 businss days.

Subletting is prohibited in your lease

Renter's Insurance is strongly suggested. The property Insurance does not cover the loss of residents personal property.
